Gentle Jesus, Meek and Mild,
He's manacled master-flee!
The man's an ignorant child,
Wearing his cuffs joyfully!
Master/Slave Morality,
Adoption brings promotion.
In banal ignominy,
Immersed to halt commotion.
Lessons taught by Hebrew slaves,
Historical disaster.
Soft linen 'dorned Jesus raves,
"Become your Roman Masters!"
